This page is a placeholder. The K-Spray terms of service are under review with counsel and will replace this content prior to public launch. The terms will cover, at a minimum:

• — Prescriber account eligibility and credentialing requirements

• — Payment, refund, and account closure procedures
• — FDA disclosure: compounded ketamine is not an FDA-approved drug product; K-Spray dispenses pursuant to a valid prescription from a licensed practitioner
