The international event of K•Spray, proudly created by K•Swiss, held an international tour around Asia in September 2005.
Commencing in Tokyo, three of the worlds most famous and established stencil artists, Logan Hicks from USA, Sixten from Sweden and Phibs from Australia joined forces at this animated event to exhibit their art and perform live stencilling shows that revealed detailed masterpieces.
The USA's Logan Hicks, otherwise known as Workhorse, is renowned for his intricate 3D stencilled masterpieces. Classically trained as a professional screen printer he turned to stencilling to stimulate the process of screen-printing and never turned back.
Evident through his artwork, Sweden's Sixten, draws his inspiration from deep emotion, whether it be passion, euphoria or rage. Stemming from a background in graphic design he has also been involved in several publications, including Stencil Graffiti Capital: Melbourne in October 2005.
Phibs' who resides in Melbourne is strongly influenced in the art of mythology and other cultures both ancient and modern to build his stencils. Stemming from a traditional graffiti background, he generally tries to promote the quality of his art through such outlets as commissioned murals, youth workshops, exhibitions, and theatrical productions.
